Discounts

10% off the nightly rate for stays of 15 days or longer.

Deposits

Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit. This may be paid by bank wire transfer, personal check, credit card, or PayPal (no service charge on U.S. banks). Balances are due in full upon arrival; 3% added for credit cards.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if changes or cancellations are made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, unless we are able to rebook for the same dates. For changes or cancellations 3 weeks or earlier, there is a $75 handling charge.

Terms

Minimum stay: 5 nights. Shorter stays, with surcharge, may be arranged.

Entire Home

$350/night and up plus a $250 cleaning fee. The security deposit — the amount varies — is fully refundable less breakage, damage, loss, and alarm lapses, if any.

Available from time to time for no more than 7 guests. Different terms apply; contact us for details. Minimum stay: 3 nights.
